What started as an instagrammable skatepark contest mockup, soon turned into a much larger task. I worked closely with Steve Berra, co-founder of The Berrics, to design the future of the company in the form of a growth plan. This deck outlined the history of The Berrics, the opportunities to expand it's digital media channels, events > experiences, retail > facilities, apparel > private label, athlete management, and production. Their current 2+ million follower reach is just the beginning with the potential to maximize global reach in tandem with the skateboarding's debut in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and beyond.
